I had a lymphatic drainage massage and a classic lash extension .. Wendy was very pleasant and answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism.. the atmosphere was clean and Zen. I love my lashes because they look so natural. She was on time and the whole experience was very pleasant. I totally recommend this place.

Wendy was lovely- the lady doing my nails was very sweet but in training (hence the cheaper price). I should have clocked on that there was a reason why it was so cheap so that's my fault, but I would have preferred to have been told beforehand as it did impact the overall result. The colour selection is also very limited. From looking at the reviews it sounds like Wendy is very experienced/lovely so if you get her you should be fine.

Wendy and her colleagues were friendly and welcoming, so there were no issues on the customer service element. Unfortunately I found the waxing to be more painful and lengthy than I am familiar with. I was also left with quite a few hairs on my hollywood, which I only noticed once I'd gotten home.

Terrible. I went in for a gel manicure and it was sloppy, uneven and looked awful. Luckily I was able to pull the gel off afterwards (I know right?!) which saved me from having to get it properly removed. What a waste of money, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend at all.
