Wendy is lovely, and this is normally my go-to spot for beauty treatments. That said, during my most recent leg wax, the pull was a bit too forceful and left me with bruised, torn skin. A quick tip for clients with delicate skin: definitely communicate your skin sensitivity upfront and ask to hold your skin firmly during the removal to avoid bruising. Wendy is great, and I know this isn't her usual standard, but a little extra care is definitely needed on sensitive areas.
