My daughter went on Thursday to have her nails done before her school Prom on Friday. She went armed with a photograph of what she wanted - all nails in a neutral pink colour with two nails also having sparkles.
Unfortunately that was not what she got and when I contacted the salon the same day to see if anything could be done I was told it was too late. The lady who I spoke to said they they had asked my daughter several times if she liked it but my daughter said this was not the case.
A friend offered to help us and rectified the problem very easily by painting over the shocking pink/white ombré nails with two coats of pale pink nail varnish.
We will not be visiting Beauty on the Boulevard again because clearly the problem was easy to rectify and because of the lack of assistance offered.
