I understand my hair is quite damaged and that my requests weren’t easy, but that’s why I go to professionals. I asked for a haircut and I showed pictures but nothing was really done, she only very slightly trimmed the hair. The blowout wasn’t the way I requested, supposedly because of the olaplex treatment done before hand. Even though I asked for heat protector several times I didn’t get any, I didn’t get my bangs shaped how I asked or my hair layered how I asked. I still paid £56+£25
