Mixed experience. Lovely nail tech who did a tidy job. However, the salon’s organisation and pricing transparency need improvement. I had paid £50.70 in advance on Treatwell for BIAB with shellac inc removal, yet was asked to pay an extra £5 in person for a “manicure” I never requested. If additional services are being added automatically, the cost should be explained beforehand. I was also offered a drink and accepted, but never received it. And I witnessed scheduling issues with clients.

One of the best experiences I’ve had for a manicure and pedicure! The lady who did my nails was so lovely, friendly and professional. I’m so happy with this experience and would definitely recommend. Also happy with my eyebrow waxing - great service.
