Management urgently needs to fix the issue of persistent overbooking. It creates frequent scheduling conflicts/delays, and puts staff under unnecessary stress that is then transferred to the client. I could tell they were complaining amongst themselves about my French mani/pedi, but it’s not my fault that management agreed to a complex and time-consuming treatment close to closing time. The actual results were flawless, but I also come to a salon to relax and instead felt bad the whole time.
I love coming here, all of the women are absolutely lovely, really cosy vibe and consummate professionals. Sometimes I even chat to other customers while getting our nails done side by side, it’s like a little village. Only 1 warning I would give, if you book on Treatwell on short notice, sometimes they haven’t yet updated their schedule and can result in overbooking. Best to either book in advance or call directly.
