I used to be satisfied, but this visit was disappointing. I asked for the nail rims to be sealed with shellac, but the tech ignored it, leaving them sharp and uncomfortable. I also had a loyalty discount, but they showed the full price couple of times. Even after they applied discount, they applied a wrong percentage and overcharged me. When I pointed it out, their attitude was dismissive. They promised a refund but never sent it. Very unprofessional and a loss of trust. I won’t be coming back.
