Extremely poor quality service. Pre paid pedicure wasn’t able to be delivered as they had overbooked and Japanese head spa experience was completely different to what was advertised, shorter than promised and poor quality - ended up just being a glorified hair wash that you get with a regular hair cut experience. Would recommend booking instead at a proper Japanese head spa value (which are actually cheaper than this). Mgmt ignored communications about the refund for pedicure not delivered
