I was very inpressed with the nail salon. It is the first one I have been in London where they don't rush you, they let you try different colours before you decide tbey do a really detailed manicure, their communication is really good and the employees are very pleasant. They all seem to take their jobs seriously and are very professional.

I used to be satisfied, but this visit was disappointing. I asked for the nail rims to be sealed, but the tech ignored it, leaving them sharp and uncomfortable. I also had a loyalty discount, but they showed the full price couple of times. Even after they applied discount, still overcharged me. It was still fine because they promised a refund within the same day but I haven’t received it. Very unprofessional and a loss of trust. I won’t be coming back.

When I pointed it out, their attitude was dismissive. They promised a refund but never sent it. Very unprofessional and a loss of trust. I won’t be coming back.
