booked a manicure and pedicure for myself and mum, mine went great as it was with a lady i normally have had on previous appointments who is thorough and professional however a new staff member who treated my mum seemed to be a bit slow and not as skilled compared to our previous experience at this nail salon. would appreciate if you could look into this :)

Really clean and beautiful Salon! Definitely be on time because they don’t play with lateness which is understandable some people don’t understand this is a Business and you shouldn’t play with their time since you’ll delay their whole schedule. I could see some customers coming very late to their appointment and being refused the treatment so keep that in mind.

Service was great and always having friendly, welcoming and nice conversations with the beauty technicians. They are truly talented and patient. Definitely recommend if you're thinking to go. And be on time, they are strict with their policy which is only fair.
