The best part of my appointment was getting the nail art done. I had an appointment on Thursday, todays monday and already a nail has broken and another one in on the verge of breaking. When I arrived the woman never had glue to do the acrylics I wanted, she accidentally cut my finger when filing, she broke one nail in the middle of doing it and I asked for ombré and to be honest I never received ombré even though I got charged the price of ombré. Personally I wish I could get my money back and go elsewhere as I got charged for something I never received and and 4 days into having them done they’re already trying to break. The staff were kind however I wouldn’t waste my time or money coming back! On top of all of this, the nail lady was late to the appointment and I was sitting in an empty shop waiting.
