I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment and was seen 40 minutes later without any apology and no offer of a drink. None of the tools seem to be steralised between clients which is a worry as you could spread diseases and infections from one customer to the next. It shouldn't be allowed. For that reason alone I wouldn't return. The paint job itself was mediocre, it took a long time and for that you would expect the results to be 10 out of 10, but some of the nails look a bit sloppy, gloopy and imperfect. The products while a good range of colours seemed a bit cheap (DND) the type you buy on eBay from china and smell a bit funny, not CND, gelish or OPI what you would expect from the same priced salon. The staff member I dealt with was chatty and nicer once my treatment started, but she took time out before (even though she was really late already) and between treatments for cigarette breaks which smelt bad and didn't feel very professional. It's not very nice when you are trying to be pampered. I expected more from the good reviews and felt quite disappointed overall.
