The beauty therapist had trouble with one of my nails and said that she would contact Treatwell to issue me a refund due to her not being able to do the treatment properly. Treatwell were never contacted, I called the salon and was fobbed off and told I’d be contacted later - never was. Really unhappy with the service as the pedicure only lasted one day before it chipped away completely on one of my nails.

Lovely treatment. My therapist really took her time, was welcoming and friendly and it was one of the best pedicures I have had. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.
