I wrote the venue to confirm the appointment with a phone call which they did as I wanted to make sure it takes places as I am 9 months pregnant and didn’t want to wait around. Once I arrived they seemed confused that I had an appointment and left me waiting for over 30 min. After that she rushed through my pedicure and did it in less than 30 min although I booked online a 1h long treatment. On top they charged me 5£ more than what I booked. Never again!

Always a great experience! Big attention to detail, nails always stay in fantastic condition for weeks, no scratches or chips. Lovely environment with Netflix on to make you feel super relaxed. My new favourite nail salon!
