I recently bkd an apptmnt, coming to this salon for years.The salon cancelled my appointment quickly due to unseen circumstances via email.. I called the salon to rebked SM was busy and called again went to voicemail.
So I went to the salon ask what’s going on? SM said her so called business partner didn’t like the 4star rating from me( which I don’t remember doing it) anyways she said it lowers her rating and she can’t provide me with any service.. Such piety,rude behaviour! 👎🏽

I started coming to this salon when I lived in the area a couple years ago, I now drive from the other end of Brighton just to receive the service. Nobody else does nails and eyebrows like Brighton beauty bar - eyebrows are always perfect I don’t even need to ask her what to do!
The owner/ beauty therapist is a lovely woman who always provides top service and a pleasant experience. She is kind and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows !
