Very disappointed and did not have good experience at all. Very rushing of the haircut, and my hair wasn't washed properly and no head massage as advertised. Definitely not going back and not recommend to any of my friends!!

I have been to this hair salon already a couple of times as I find the hairdressers really good. They are very open and cheerful creating thus a great mood. They understand what I want, they are efficient and quick at the same time. As a south European, I felt that they knew how to deal with my hair and offer me a hair style that really suits me. I was not satisfied in other salons for example with top stylists whom took them hours for an average hair cut and blow dry. The location is very central and the ambiance elegant and cozy. The cappuccino they offer is great as well. Although their prices might be a bit high, with the Treatwell vouchers the services I had were a great value.

Really lovely staff and facilities! I was running late and they graciously stayed open late for me, it was a quick and easy appointment!

They cancel my appointment only couple hours ahead, and don't seem to care over the phone. I got friend's wedding coming up so I booked full eyelash extension treatment for midday today. They gave me a call and cancel it only couple of hours before the appointment. When I ask whether I could do it on next day, they said next available date is Friday even though I kept saying I can't because I will be aboard (for my friend's wedding), in the end they said give them a call after my holiday. I feel that they just don't care about me (as a customer). It is pretty unfair to cancel my appointment without finding suitable alternative time for me. Extremely disappointed!!
