This is a real WOW saloon. The ambience looks amazing , immaculate and very welcoming.
I had OPI gel manicure and it was simply great - the therapist really professional and did am fantastic job.
Best saloon ever !

The girl took ages to do the threading, missed a lot of hairs and cut me below the eye. I also had to lay down on a massage table and would have preferred the normal chairs that tilt back. I think she'd only just started doing it. I won't have this treatment done here again but would return for hair.

A lovely salon with friendly, knowledgable staff. I will go back again but won't have the same hairdresser as I was quite specific about how much hair I wanted cut off and it was significantly shorter than I wanted.

I had to wait over 20 mins for the therapist to become available, as the previous appointment had overrun. When the treatment began, the therapist couldn't get the steamer to start, which lengthened the session further. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. The problem was eventually resolved and the treatment itself was pleasant and relaxing. The therapist did not spend much time on extractions, probably I could have done with a little more time, but given she was running late, she did not rush through and I still had a full hour. Apart from the cramped room and the glitch with the apparatus, this was a good experience and one which I would have probably given a higher rating on another day. I will probably try it again.

A very nice place, with very nice staff - in these terms, I could not have asked for more. The place is classy with a style. Everyone I met was polite and attentive, and not for a moment did I suffer from the lack of a drink.
With regards to the service: I booked half-head highlights with treatment (and cut and blow-dry). My hairdresser was a lovely person, and overall, did a good job.
However, after a week, by dark blond-roots started to show. I am aware it is challenging to cover roots with highlights, especially with one colour, which is very different from the natural tone of the colour; I am certain there is a professional explanation to this phenomenon, however, as previously a desirable outcome was achieved, I expected similar results on this occasion as well.
Besides, after two weeks' time, the blond highlights started to turn into a strange colour, despite the fact that I had been using a professional shampoo for blond hair. This might be a unique and personal misfortunate, but to be honest, I expected more endurance from a L'Oreal product used to highlight my hair with.
My other comment would be that I believe the treatment time was not kept: after applying it to my hair, it was washed off almost instantly (despite previous confirmation by the hairdresser for "leaving me for 10 minutes").
Overall, it is shame, as I really liked the place and the staff, but having had these experiences I do not think I will return.
