As always a really good experience. I hate getting waxing done but the therapist is great, no fuss, plenty of tips and nice and chatty to keep my mind off the pain.

Worst hair cut done by Collin. I have been to this salon previously and was very happy, but my last visit was awful. My hair was cut by Collin and he had cut off my fringe too short that it was sticking out in the air for 2 weeks. I still have to wear the hat to cover the awful looking. He knew that what he've done wrong but no attempt to make it look better. I have long hair and i asked for striaght line cut. He just cut it off as he wished, not even bother to check it was all balanced. Basically he has no interest in you or what you want. Very disappointed. Hesitate to go back again now, in case if i have to end up in his hand again. This is my only experince with him but other staffs seem so friendly and doing a great job. Salon is lovely.

I have gone there a number of times for half head of highlights - they listen to what you want and try to achieve it – which is great. Not sure on the cut there but highly recommend the colour. Also its hit and miss depending on who your hairdresser is which is a shame as it would be nice to have someone consistent that I can build trust with. P.s you have to pay extra for toner!

My therapist was very good and a great manicure, however I had to pay an extra £10 afterwards as a fee for having old gel removed this is not payable if you don't use a Voucher so making a nonsense of buying the Treatwell voucher in advance

Nicely and professionally done microdermabrasion, would recommend this treatment, had my first one done and already seen little improvements on skin. Staff are very nice and helpful too.
