This the second time I have come to Roxanne to have HD brows done and she really is amazing! I like mine to look a little more natural and she does them perfectly - I always go in thinking my eyebrows weren't that bad but as soon as she is done and I look in the mirror it's a massive difference! Will definitely continue using Roxanne, and using the Treatwell vouchers as it makes it such good value for money.

Great haircut and very natural looking highlights. They took their time to cut how I wanted and offered great advice on how to maintain and grow into the style I was aiming for. I will definitely be back!

I was a bit anxious about buying a Treatwell voucher for Beauty & Melody because several people who have left reviews have said they treat you differently if you have a voucher, that they make it hard for you to make an appointment, that you don't get everything listed on the voucher and that the standard of care is lowered.
However, my experience was nothing like this. I bought two vouchers, one for a Hollywood Wax and one for a full head tint, wash, deep conditioning treatment, cut and blow-dry. I will put it out there now - I received absolutely everything that was listed on the voucher, without having to prompt them.
Secondly, when I phoned up to book my appointment, stating that I had these two vouchers, I spoke to a lovely man who asked me what day and what time would I prefer - and I got exactly what I wanted. I also got given Sylvia for my wax who I know many people actually ask for as she is a senior therapist (I think) so I certainly don't think I was treated any differently.
On arrival the staff were charming, the place is beautiful, and the man who did my hair was just fantastic. He helped me choose a colour rather than telling me, cut my hair so it was unlike anything it had ever been, and I just really enjoyed the experience!
As for Sylvia doing my hot-wax hollywood - it was quick, professional, virtually painless and she was just hysterical. So lovely to chat to.
Anyone who's wondering whether to buy a Treatwell voucher for them - please do. I have since bought more vouchers and have again had no troubles dealing with them. Hope to become a regular here for sure!

Colours look really good. The cut took a bit more off round the front than I would have liked but stylist advised it needed it. Salon is lovely and very spacious. Would go back.
