Very good service and nice staff. However the first time I got my lex wags she missed a few spots, and I realised a few minutes later; I asked her to finish properly and she did well in the end.

I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. The lady who did the wax was nice and friendly but it seemed to be more painful than my usual waxes, even though she used the hot wax. After I got home there was still some wax on my skin which I had to take off. I was then kept waiting for a while at the desk afterwards as they couldn't seem to confirm that I had paid through treatwell.

The laser treatment was good but they almost cancelled my Treatwell booking because they want you to make the appointment separately with them; please make sure you call after you book on Treatwell as they don't necessarily honour the time of online bookings.

There is always the same issue here - getting the beauty therapist you want and book your appointment with to actually do your treatment. This is the first and only salon I have ever come across with this problem.
Also, the choice of nail polish colours is beyond poor. I had to bring in my own.
If you don't improve on these things, you will lose the customers.

Kept waiting for 20 mins. Tiny treatment room with silent staff member. Accused of not having a voucher from Treatwell in front of any people in salon. No apology when they were corrected by yourselves. Very poor overall
