As always, the stylist was very welcoming and friendly, and I was asked lots of questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Really happy with it :)
The worst customer service I have had in my entire life. Nails chipped and discoloured with no fault of my own within three days, complained and was told because I’d eaten an orange it had caused the discolouration, which I had not, it was within the gel itself as the therapist had not covered the ends properly, who by the way didn’t put me at ease and didn’t feel like she actually wanted to be there with her phone buzzing. Asked for a refund was told no, because it wasn’t their fault, had to chase by phone to get a response to my email and now I have been ignored again. Only offered free removal and would have to pay another £15 to have a new set. Absolutely appalling service. Do not go here, doesn’t even deserve one star. I said in my first email I wanted to be courteous and give them a chance to respond, they have not so I have no other choice but to post this on here.
the salon is nice and clean. the staff were friendly. my manicure lady was exceptionally lovely, and the outcome was good. however, it took forever. I was booked for an express Mani and pedi which should have taken 1 hour 15 in total, but I was in there for over 2 hours! this is fine unless you've checked in for your lunch break at work. she was just very slow and and the manicure was done a bit strangely as she kept doing one finger at a time on alternate hands and it made the setting of gel process as bit uncomfortable as had to keep crossing my left hand drive over my right at a weird angle every 10 seconds. the choice of colour was also limited, about 20 in total but they are nice colours. over all good service but just quicken up the process and stick to alloted slots!!
