I absolutely hated being there. I booked the nail gel appointment to have my Christmas/New Years eve nails done but they didn’t have any colours catering for it. The only 3 shimmering/glittery colours they have are black, fuchsia and bright silver. She made me feel really bad for taking so long deciding from her very limited selection. She blamed me for the nail posh bleeding and said it was because I angled my hand inside the machine. I told her my hand is shaped like that and I’m not trying to sabotage my own nails. Maybe she shouldn’t have put so much polish on? Later she smirks and says that my nails are very big in a very rude way. It felt like I was unwelcome at the table in Mean Girls. My holiday spirit is ruined, I feel shit about myself and the ugly colour on my nails is a constant reminder of her unfriendliness. I’m never going back there ever again and I don’t recommend you to either.
