A wonderfully located salon that is open and bright. The staff were all very friendly, they serve lovely Nespresso coffee, and the salon was very clean. My hair stylist was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the results. My only negative experience was that my hair was washed by a trainee, and it must have been her first day on the job as she had no idea what to do. I eventually took 20 minutes to rinse off my colour and do the full shampoo and conditioner after another member of staff realised she wasn't doing it correctly and took over whilst demonstrating to her how to do it. Nevertheless, I'll definitely be going back as my overall experience was great.

It was my first time at this salon, and I'm usually quite sceptical with new places for nails - but this pedicure was probably one of the best I've ever gotten. My therapist was very nice and did an impeccable job. I will definitely be back.

A smart yet slightly dated salon 3 minutes walk from Marble Arch. I had a highlights and a wash, cut and blow dry. My stylist was experienced and attentive. I was satisfied with the results. The hair cut was initially not quite right - not enough layers but this was rectified and I left with a great colour and cut. Good value and perfect coupled with a shopping trip to the West End.

This salons is fabulous.Great staff , great ambience, I was really satisfied with my hair.I had hightlights and a cut done both of which were done seperatly by very experienced and friendly staff.This is one salon i ve found where they actually listen to what you want done and make it happen rather than telling you its not possible or doing whatever THEY think looks good on you. I was also offered advice on how to continue looking after my hair .
