It's too soon to tell after only one treatment, but the receptionist did not seem to have any record of my booking (although I had received one reminder from Treatwell, and two reminders/confirmation messages from the salon...). The therapist was fine, but not particularly reassuring or friendly. When you are about to have a laser aimed at your face, you kind of need as much reassurance as possible.
