I would say they are located in the heart of West Ealing and it takes you no time to find them, but the place itself is very tiny and hardly enough room for couple of visitors to sit there! The place itself wasn't particularly clean, however not too too bad either. The waxing itself was the put off point for me, it started well however as progressed the therapist was leaving out small patches and wasn't really bothered! I had to literally mention the left off bits myself, as I did so a few time the therapist attitude changed quite drastically and just want to finish off ASAP despite I had so much time left from my 2 hrs session. overall I would say try another place, even if it's 20 quid more as it definetly makes a difference...

Always a great service, the sweets are a bonus, the girls there are lovely and very professional. They use great quality products and are speedy but the quality of her work is never compromised. I will most definitely be returning.

Love the shellac colours. She suggested to get different colours of nude and one glitter finger which I love. Will definitely be going back again
