Whoever behind the phone was rude. My first booking was cancelled but the guy only texted me, which I never received, to cancel instead of calling me to make sure I got the message. So I went there waiting for 20mins and didn't get any treatment. The guy never made any effort to apologise. The beautician, Matha, was on the other hand was very apologetic and tried very hard to make it up for me. Haven't seen noticeable improvement yet so don't understand all the rave. Might try again and see.

It's a random.room in the basement of a hair salon. Didn't feel like a good facial. She vacuumed my face and sent me off. Not a great facial. Skin didn't feel different.
