really lovely treatment. very relaxing believe it or not. the therapist wrapped each leg and each arm and my abdomen in sort of plastic padded blankets, then put a towel over me, then turned on a machine that pulsed and gripped very very tightly each part of me that was wrapped. it was very hot but very relaxing. the therapist stayed in the room the whole time which made me relax more. I am already planning my next treatment.
