The services are affordable however they notify you last minute on cancellations or staff delays but most of all the therapist in victoria branch lacks in customer service skills she seems to be loosing her temper easily instead of showing empathy to customers who rightfully will voice their concerns.The right approach is always to treat customer with respect even when they mention their concerns accept responsibility and refer customer to management not raising your voice and take it out to the customer this is not the right way .

Had the cryolipoysis at beauty Marble Arch because of the great price. Done it on my arms over a week ago so I haven’t seen changes just yet. As I had it on my upper arms it was uncomfortable as I had to lay with my arms raised and felt tight but wasn’t painful.
