Really not ideal. The booking/admin system here is terrible and my appointment was interrupted for 5mins mid session by the therapist speaking to a complaining customer who had been double booked. Bright lighting and no music due to ‘lack of wifi’ so not relaxing. The products are not of professional standards compared to other salons and baby wipes were used to remove my mask. The description says ‘massage’ which was not included. The therapist was really lovely and very professional but clearly overworked and smelt of cigarettes. I’m amazed that there are so many positive reviews!!
