The treatment was good, but I didn't feel as good as Marta use to do. the time was 25 min, which I actually payed for 30min for the treatment.
Irina is extremely nice! Looking forward to another treatment with her
The therapist was a bit harsh, I had a few problems with booking the appointment, but the treatment seemed good -I haven’t seen any results yet and will take some time.
I attended this clinic to have fat freezing on my double chin after having tried many other solutions for it unsuccessfully. Before the treatment, the therapist warned me that there would likely be some bruising and swelling after the treatment, which is to be expected and was not an issue for me. I had done a lot of reading about the treatment and knew what to expect. During the treatment, I felt a very intense burning pain under my chin, and I could not feel the tissue (that is supposed to cover the metal plate) outside of the cup. I told the therapist that I was in pain, she said it was normal. After the treatment, the therapist took the cup off and was cleaning my skin when she noticed that my skin was hard to the touch and frozen in that area. She noticeably started to panic and said she had never seen that before. I told her to give me a warm cloth which I applied to it immediately, and slowly the skin started to return to normal texture, but it was extremely numb. She proceeded to apply the cup to the other side, I told her to use two tissues instead of one so that the metal plate would not touch my skin. On this side, there was no burning or issues with my skin afterwards. This morning I have woken up with what is clearly a burn in the exact area where my skin burned during the treatment and that was hard and frozen after the treatment. I am a registered nurse and I know a burn when I see one. I also work in the aesthetics industry and know that it is not normal to have a burn mark after fat freezing. I contacted the clinic and they told me to come in for a check up but the clinic is far from my house and I work during opening hours. Anyway they are not medical professionals and I need assessment from a doctor as this is a burn. Update: I went to the GP this morning who confirmed this is a 1st degree burn and prescribed an antibiotic ointment for it. Hopefully there will not be a scar!
