The pull of the suction cup hurt a little when first applied, which hadn't done the previous session, so could be due to my body rather than the treatment. Not unbearable anyway and after a few seconds I couldn't feel anything. You don't even feel the cold, just a slight cool sensation, and afterwards the area feels cold and hard but not sore at all. I could see a difference after one session only and I am looking forward to my next one.
