The treatment room is in the basement of a hair salon with no ambiance whatsoever and just one therapist there so no-one to greet you when you arrive if they are in treatment.
Natalia, was very efficient with my wax and I’m happy with the result but I would probably go somewhere else next time where I feel a little more comfortable and relaxed, especially for intimate waxing!!!

I didn't have a very pleasant experience during my wax today. On arrival I was welcomed warmly by 2 members of staff, but once the wax started I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I am used to having some pain and discomfort, but when I expressed this I was given no sympathy and ignored when I said the wax was too hot. Usually when I have had a wax, I am left alone to get changed but the beautician was in the room whilst I was changing and I was not given anything to cover myself with. The wax itself was very thorough, but I will not be returning due to the very unpleasant experience.

This is a place where I will definitely come back! I never came back to the same salon as was not happy with the staff or conditions they provide but this one is amazing. Highly recommend Marta that works there. Such a lovely person, experienced and also listens to what you actually want to achieve and then do best she can to help you :)
