These are repeat sessions. This time I experienced bruising in the area after the Cryolipolisys which I hadn't experienced in my previous sessions. It wasn't unexpected as that was explained in the description of the treatment. It's quickly fading and does not create discomfort. I think it's because I am getting thinner in the area and the cup hasn't got as much to grasp. The dermabrasion was great as always.

My Facial was with a lady whose name was Natalia - my facial was actual complimentary which makes this review a bit of a controversial one. I originally booked my facial for 9am because I was commuting for a different city (2 hours drive) the day of the treatment when I’m already on my way I get a message to ask me to move it to 11am which I couldn’t because I had other plans so they cancelled the treatment. I was frustrated because I had already paid up front and travelled. I was asked to contact a different person and let them know. That person gave me a refund and told me I could come back free of charge. Great right? Wrong - I had the worst facial I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of facials. It’s not clear whose to blame for this but the poor girl couldn’t speak English fluently, I could barely understand what she was saying. She didn’t explain any of the steps. I didn’t get asked about my skin concerns or fill in a consultation form. The only think she asked is when I last had a skin peel. She then proceeded to do microdermabrasion and it was incredibly painful. I would compare it to how a wall must feel when sandpaper is rubbed against it. She was so rough, even around my eyes. my skin was so sore afterwards and I had to had her to stop and do something else after about 3 minutes. She the proceeded to apply products all over my face and she didn’t explain what anything was. There was still product left on my face when I left and shes even rubbed some into my hair line - I looked ridiculous.I couldn’t wait to get out. It was free but if I had had to pay I would have made a very serious complaint. To be fair, the lady with good reviews wasn’t the one I had so this person might just need training or something. Based on my experience I would not go back.
