The salon was empty when I arrived, no one to greet me. The therapist was over 10 minutes late for my treatment with no apology when she turned up. The treatment was not a facial massage as described but involved being wrapped in an uncomfortable suit that did not appear clean or COVID safe. The treatment was supposed to be 25 minutes, but it was over within 15 minutes.
Overall I am very disappointed in the treatment and the venue. If I could give the place 0 stars I would.
