Love the salon and staff usually but my most recent experience was not as good. Lots of missed areas around knees and back of thighs as well as bikini area. Was also left much more sore than usual and lot of redness.
Just to add, of treatments are running over 10/ 15 mins late, communicating to the client waiting would be beneficial
