The therapist is great but the half hour time slot is way too short so always running late and it’s a rush to get the wax done. Please increase the time allocated to treatments to avoid delays!

I was sent a text message asking me to move my appointment to an inconvenient time. Then I noticed when I had my waxing done they just had one big wax pot.
They used the same stick and would put it back into the same wax to apply it to my skin. Days later I have a horrible reaction - lots of pus filled pimples and raw red skin all over my privates. Its obviously an infection as the same wax being used on other people and their privates. Unhygienic and disgusting and now I have histamines.
