Michelle is lovely. It was my first time there & she made me feel very welcome. She was very professional & extremely knowledgeable with all the products she was using, as well as all the products/equipment I was asking about. I had waxing done many times before but this was a unique experience for me. She made sure I was comfortable & happy with the temperature of the room. I felt completely relaxed & I already knew halfway through my appointment that I was definitely coming back.
