I had booked a wash, cut and blow dry for my medium hair, however, I was told that the hair was extra long based on the chart. They did agree to charge for the medium hair price as initially booked, as the guideline they are basing their prices is a little miss leading. I would suggest calling to check about the length of hair before you book, so you are not surprised when you arrive
