I booked extra long hair wash and dry. I was charged £20 more
£10 as my hair is extra-extra long (this option is not available on their website, my hair lengths is up to bottom)
£10 for straightening (again no mention on their website)
The service lasted 30 mins - too quick. However they were flexible - I wanted to come earlier and they managed to find an earlier slot.
