All the staff are really friendly (especially Katie!) and the treatment (threading) is great! My mum has had her nails done a few times which has been great as well. A really nice place to go to, would recommend :)

During my visit the trainee hairdresser was not supervised and made a real mess of my hair. I asked her to rectify it and she tried but it was just getting shorter and shorter. During this time overheard staff speaking disrespectfully about someone who has phoned to complain and really didn't feel comfortable asking to speak to anyone about my experience. So I just pretended It was okay and left. It's a shame because hairdresser was lovely, just clearly had no idea what she was doing

There is a good atmosphere in the salon, I believe I was in at a quiet time but everyone there was lovely, all very efficient and the treatment was done in a timely manor and Jodie was friendly and made sure it was exactly what I wanted

Had gel polish and eyebrows waxed. Katie was really calm and took her time. She was also patient with me and her calming nature made me feel relaxed.
Would definitely go back again and would definitely recommend a friend! 🤗
