The worst experience. Absolutely hated my eyebrows. I booked eyebrow threading and left there with absolutely no difference. Firstly, the customer service was terrible. The receptionist at the front desk was cold, standoffish. The lady, whose name I’ve now learnt is called Odetta, did not greet me. Nor did she make any attempts to make me comfortable. It was the worst experience I’ve had in any establishment. Overall poor customer service. Please improve.
