Chand did a great job with my eyebrows. However, I was disappointed that I wasn't informed PRIOR to my appointment time that my usual beautician was off sick. I would've appreciated the CHOICE of whether or not to continue with my booked treatment.

I would have liked it if Maya could ask me if I want waxing or threading as waxing makes my skin very red .
But if she could have explained why she was waxing that would have been good. I always choose Maya because she’s very good at what she does
