An emergency nail replacement was needed this afternoon and Daisy was happy to fix the problem for me. She was cheerful as always and although we weren’t able to match the colour exactly to my other nails she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the result. Thank you.

I’ve been going for while to have my eyebrows threaded at the beauty lounge, I’ve never had any issues and they do a good job.
This week I pushed myself into trying eyebrow tinting, I was very nervous as I was worried it would be to dark and look silly on me. When I arrived I changed my mind about the tinting but spoke to Aicha and she made me feel more relaxed and ensured me it wouldn’t be to dark they would use a light colour, I went ahead with it and now I’m very happy with the outcome :)
