For the second time, despite sending me a reminder with the correct time, Daisy insisted I had come a) an hour too early and b) I had booked a double appointment to include a pedicure. Despite me showing her tge reminder email I had received she insisted I was wrong. As I was going away the next day and was very busy she argued that i had to come back later. Eventually she agreed to do my nails at the correct time. While I was still there the lady who had booked the double appointment came in.

Great person doing my treatment but lack of organisation, booked it and no one was on the counter or in the salon for 20 minutes. So waited 20 minutes after my appointment just to see someone.
