I got there at 17:20 without booking an appointment. I checked if they had any appointments beforehand and they had many, so I didn’t think it would be a problem. Got there and they said they could not accommodate me even though there were two of them and no customers. I went outside, booked an appointment and went back. They were not happy that I was able to book an appointment. After a lot of fuss, she agreed to do my eyebrows. It took her less than five minutes. Not happy with the service!

Terrible service. Appointment time changed half an hour before even without my consent. Arrived at the salon to be told that the removal and manicure would take around an hour and she needs to leave at 6pm, which the website said 45 minutes and the appointment was initially booked at 5.45pm.
Got nail polish removed and was goung to put gel paint however I could see everything being done so so rushed up!!
