Staff were nice but wax was scalding hot, it seemed rushed and the treatment itself was rushed and i ended up bleeding profusely because of how aggressive the treatment was which has never happened before. They offered to fix it at a later date but don't feel that comfortable going back as I've left with a huge chunk of skin missing and in pain :(
