Had an appointment booked but arrived and no one greeted me and so I asked how long it would be and I got told 5 mins. Waited 10mins and asked again to find out the appointment I booked online was with someone that wasn’t working that day and said I had to wait another 40 mins if I wanted my treatment done. No call or anything to say my appointment was cancelled.

Vivian is probably the nicest nail lady I have ever come across, always greets you with a fabulous smile on her face, knows her regular customers by name and does a brilliant job. She is extremely trusting if you need to go and get cash and also is very knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Thank you!

Another successful visit to the Beauty Lounge. Both Daisy and Vivian take care to make my nails look fabulous, I was especially pleased at this visit how Daisy noticed that I had an allergic reaction on the skin of one of my fingers so was gentle during the treatment. Thank you again. 😀👍
