Had an appointment booked but arrived and no one greeted me and so I asked how long it would be and I got told 5 mins. Waited 10mins and asked again to find out the appointment I booked online was with someone that wasn’t working that day and said I had to wait another 40 mins if I wanted my treatment done. No call or anything to say my appointment was cancelled.

Vivian is probably the nicest nail lady I have ever come across, always greets you with a fabulous smile on her face, knows her regular customers by name and does a brilliant job. She is extremely trusting if you need to go and get cash and also is very knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Thank you!
