My appointment was for 14.10 for a 20 minute appointment
But she didn’t finish until 3
Not her fault but was constantly seeing to customer’s and answering the telephone
I also had to wipe the dye of off my lashes as she said she wasn’t allowed.

Was 40 mins behind so was a 40 minute wait for my appointment and left with loads of eyebrow goes that hadnt been removed so had to go somewhere else and get them to re touch up what wasn’t done
