Booked an appointment online & was then made to wait for 30mins for someone to show up to start work. Maybe don’t offer appointments if no one is going to be there or your unable to keep to times. It was only a 10min appointment!!!

I think there was a problem with the wax, the procedure took far longer than usual and for the first time ever I was bruised

Had an amazing pamper session, treated myself to a manicure and pedicure.
Staff were amazing, friendly and made me feel welcome, not rushed. Have good advice on my feet as I am diabetic, so need to take good care of them.
